Hammerhead Energy Drink Review

Along comes another aquatic predator drink to go with Piranha and Shark (which I still haven't found anywhere). Hammerhead comes in a sleek black 8 oz. can that looks as bad ass as a shark. This can shows Piranha how to do a good energy drink can. By the way I almost caught a shark which would have been awesome. I would have mounted the head and added a can opener into the mouth so that I could easily open my energy drinks. Plus that'd just be cool to have a shark hanging on the wall with all my energy cans. Sadly it wasn't a hammerhead, only a 6 foot lemon shark and it got away since I'm a bad fisherman. You can blame my drunk buddies who were too busy giving me alcohol instead of energy drinks, if I had some more taurine in me I'm sure I would have landed the shark. The theme for Hammerhead is "attack life", and with taurine flowing in your system, you'll always be primed for attack. Cool theme and can.

Hammerhead looks like Iron Energy Lemon Lime but more yellowish. It actually looks somewhat more like oragina than a lemon-lime drink. This is another tasty lemon-lime drink to go with Iron Energy. It has a strong lime flavor in the mold of lime wrecker, mixed with a sweet lemonade taste. It's not thick and syrupy, and has only a tiny bit of sourness. It's a really well balanced drink that goes down easy. I think it has a stronger flavor than Iron Energy so might be too much for everyday drinking, but is a good lemon lime energy shot when needed.

The ingredients aren't stellar but are all natural without HFCS and featuring sucrose, caffeine, taurine, sucralose, american ginseng, green tea, and guarana. I'm surprised that there are no vitamins added but I guess that makes this a good choice if you're a vitamin junky and don't want to overdose on vitamins. Grab a can of this and hammer it down for a pretty sizable buzz that won't leave you jittery.
