Sugar Free Source Burn Energy Drink Review

The summer is the time when we all get sunburns. It hurts having those rays blister your face after a day on the wakeboard, but you suck it up and keep going. Sometimes you want something light and refreshing that will kick you up. A source of energy if you will. Something that will let you keep feeling the burn of the sun even though it aint healthy. You gotta live life though and not look back. Source Burn is my drink of choice for those hot days in the sun when you need a real boost, and now they have a sugar free version. SourceBurn Sugar Free comes in a small 8 oz. can that looks much like the original SourceBurn but it a paler yellow in color.

Sugar Free Source Burn comes out with an AMP like color. But the taste is all grapefruit flavor with a melony sweetness. It's not overly sweet like many diet drinks and has a medium tartness that sets it apart. It vaguely resembles the taste of Mello Yellow, but is better. To date I haven't tasted anything like this that is sugar free and it's very different from all the other sugar free/diet drinks with that classic energy drink flavors. This is a real winner in the SF category with a unique and refreshing flavor.

The ingredients are not as impressive as SourceBurю but are still strong. There's taurine, Vitamin C, acesulfame K, caffeine, guarana, Vitamin E, siberian ginseng, sucralose, B Vitamins, and Vitamin A. Pretty good and they do give you a load of energy. This and Diet Rockstar are fighting neck and neck on the energy front with Diet Rockstar possibly edging out Sugar Free SourceBurn due to the larger can size.
